GUIDELINES FOR YOUR TRANSFORMATION
We would like to thank you for placing your kitchen Benchtop order with LifeStone Tops. We would like to explain some important aspects of the installation. Lewis has undertaken the Covid-19 training and will be wearing a mask as part of his PPE.
INSTALLATION DATES – We have scheduled your installation date for : AS PER TEXT
INSTALLERS WORKING HOURS – The installers arrive on site between 7:00am and 7:30am and in most cases, will usually work through to 4:00pm.
PREPARATION PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION – As the Engineered Stone is cut outside, an undercover work area for our installers (i.e. carport, garage) will be required. We also recommend all items in the kitchen cupboards are removed as some dust will settle inside. It is the customer’s responsibility to organize a plumber or electrician to disconnect/reconnect sink/hotplate area.
Please also remove everything from the bench top.
Please also move all vehicles to allow free access for our contractor’s vehicles.
While every care will be taken by our installers some dust will inevitably occur, particularly when the bench top edges are being sanded and polished. You may wish to cover furniture nearest to the kitchen with dust sheets. When possible please keep your distance to 1.5m and avoid contact.
PAYMENT – Our standard payment terms are as follows:
Deposit of 50%
Balance of 50% Due on day of practical completion
Total: 100% AS PER INVOICE
Please note this needs to be cleared funds on the final day of works i.e. Bankers Cheque, Cash or receipt of internet transfer.
